I provide individual and couples’ therapy to adolescents, adults, and families experiencing a wide range of difficulties including trauma, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship issues, grief, and work-related stress.  

I believe each person has the capacity to learn from their most difficult moments, to grow, and find a positive course for their own life. My goal as a therapist is to work with you to help you discover strategies for overcoming your most challenging issues through compassionate and evidence-based practice. In our sessions I will use a client-centered and a solution-focused therapy approach combined with knowledge of trauma therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy.  

My holistic therapeutic philosophy acknowledges that there are physical, emotional, social and spiritual dimensions to wellness. In our sessions we will work together to identify healthy habits and sources of strength in each area of your life such that you leave counselling feeling equipped to face challenges and make positive decisions.
